Meghan Wieten-Scott

Meghan Wieten-Scott is a dynamic strategist and “connector” who excels at turning organizational visions into impactful realities. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Public Administration with a minor in Women and Gender Studies from Grand Valley State University. As an Army spouse who has navigated the unique challenges of nine PCS moves and extended periods of time apart from her spouse, her lived experience fuels her deep commitment to military family advocacy, mission-driven work, structural impact, and community support.

With nearly two decades of experience navigating the complexities of organizational scaling, Meghan has mastered the art of growing initiatives from their earliest stages into large-scale, national entities. In her role as Event Coordinator for the Military Family Advisory Network (MFAN), she acts as the creative visionary behind the organization’s signature events. Rather than focusing solely on logistics, Meghan elevates MFAN’s gatherings by centering the entire experience around guest impact and meaningful connection. She specializes in designing high-touch environments where senior leaders, partners, and military families can truly connect, ensuring every event leaves a lasting impression and furthers the organization’s vital mission.

Outside of her professional work, Meghan channels her energy into building relationships and exploring the world. She is an avid traveler, a passionate gardener, and a Masters swimmer and swim coach for her local team.
