The American Red Cross Eastern Virginia Region is proud to serve one of the largest concentrations of military personnel in the world. They have the largest naval base in the world, the only NATO command on U.S. soil and the presence of all five military services, including operating forces and major commands. Hundreds of thousands of active duty, reservists and veterans along with their families reside in this Region. Donations and volunteers are accepted.
