The Vandenberg Space Force Base Child Development Center (CDC) offers care for children between the ages of 6-weeks and 5-years old. The CDC is a Department of Defense certified and accredited by the National Association for the Education of Young Children. As a quality early childhood program, the curriculum offered has the goal of building a basic positive foundation for education in the areas of math, science, literacy, and the arts while encouraging age-appropriate social and emotional development.
