The Civilian Human Resources Office -Southeast (CHRO-SE), in support of designated serviced commands, delivers comprehensive Human Resources Management (HRM) services for appropriated fund civilian personnel by providing front-line HRM programs and services supported through regionalized and automated Human Resources (HR) processes. CHRO-SE provides the critical services needed to develop, motivate and maintain civilian HR necessary to ensure successful accomplishment of serviced commands’ missions. This site is dedicated to providing human resources related information to Civilian Marines serviced by the Human Resources and Organizational Management Branch, Headquarters Marine Corps.
