Civilian Personnel Office assists managers and employees on the full spectrum of civilian human resource issues. Staff provides guidance on matters such as recruitment methods and options, appraisals and awards, automation tools, labor and management-employee relations, and more. The CPAC also provides the full range of U.S. staffing and classification services to include posting job announcements, issuing referral lists, and classifying position descriptions.
