Civilian Personnel assures that certain programs and services are offered. We provide comprehensive advisory services to Commanders, key managers, supervisors, and employees through a range of human resource management functions. We ensure that all support complies with federal laws, regulations, and directives throughout our programs such as recruitment, appointments, classifications, promotions, reassignments, disciplinary actions, demotions, compensations, and separations. We also represent management for all Labor/Union activities.
Other services provided by Civilian Personnel include labor-management or employee-management relations, affirmative employment programs, and employment development/training.
