The EFMP-FS component is designed to offer support services to Soldiers and their family members who have special needs that require ongoing medical, special education/early intervention, counseling and/or specialty services. EFMP-FS provides Information and Referral, Workshops, Recreational Events, Family Needs Assessments, Family Service Plans and Non-Medical Case Management. Services are open to: Active Duty Soldiers, Army Reserve (USAR) Soldiers in the USAR Active Guard Reserve Program, Army National Guard Active Guard Reserve (AGR) personnel serving under authority of Title 10, U.S. Code and Title 32, U.S. Code and their family members.
