EFMP assists Marine families in managing the dual demands of a Marine Corps career and the special needs of a family member. An EFM is a family member, enrolled in DEERS and residing with their sponsor who may require special medical or educational services based upon a diagnosed physical, intellectual or emotional need. Services offered in Bridgeport are Information, referral, education and assistance with completing the necessary paperwork to enroll in the program.
