The Military and Family Readiness Center is the service organization and focal point for Air Force Family matters. One of its major functions is ensuring military members and their Families are connected with the appropriate services on and off base. The A&FRC serves all single and married active-duty, DoD Civilian personnel and their eligible Family members, to include Guard and Reserve members while on Active Duty, other eligible uniformed members, military retirees, and their eligible Family members.
