The NAF Human Resources Office administers the NAF personnel system and offers a variety of employment opportunities to our community from fitness, food service, childcare, recreation, and administrative support. NAF describes federal employment that is available not only at U.S. Air Force bases around the world but with other services as well. Although NAF positions are federal jobs, they differ from federal civil service positions, as NAF employees are paid from self-generated funds by the facilities and locations where NAF employees work.
