NSA HR Portsmouth Child Development Center (CDC) provides child care services for infants through preschool age children from Monday through Friday during standard work hours (e.g., 6 a.m. to 6 p.m.). This program provides full-day care. We are a small center, with one infant classroom, one pre-toddler classroom, and one toddler classroom. Each classroom is designed for the growth and development of our children. Our caregivers work diligently to ensure that quality care and nurturance is given to each child. All USDA meals are provided in the cost of childcare and all fees are based on total family income.
