Andy Blevins

Andy Blevins serves as the Principal & Managing Partner for Blevins Strategies, LLC, a boutique consulting firm that focuses on providing education opportunities and strategic programming for providers that serve our nation’s most underprivileged and underrepresented minority communities. Prior to this role, he served as the Executive Director for the Modern Military Association of America (previously OutServe-SLDN), in the Obama White House, and with the Oregon Department of Justice.

A proud veteran and former Army spouse, Andy served in the United States Navy as the Information Assurance Officer for the Western Pacific and Indian Oceans, overseeing more than 256 customer commands. He received his law and business degrees from Willamette University and a writing degree from the University of Colorado. He was recently selected as a fellow through the Roddenberry Foundation and the Truman National Security Project.

In his spare time, Andy enjoys spending time with his partner and fur-kid, aptly named “Sir Reginald, the Earl of Puppydom.”
