Anicia Myers

Anicia Myers joined MFAN in March 2026, bringing over a decade of experience as a program manager and leadership development expert within the education and nonprofit sectors. Her professional journey has been defined by a “steady hand” approach to managing complex programmatic initiatives and high-stakes fellowship programs. Anicia is recognized for her ability to translate operational data into strategic narratives that drive growth and institutional efficiency.

Prior to joining the MFAN team, Anicia built a reputation for creating inclusive, high-performing team environments and navigating the “nit and grit” of large-scale project logistics.

Driven by a commitment to the military community, she leverages a deep understanding of the MSO/VSO landscape to provide immediate, high-level results for the families she serves.

Anicia holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Communication and a Post-Graduate Certificate in Education. She is also a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and holds a professional certification in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI).

Anicia loves navigating this journey with her husband, their son, Titus, and their dog, Rosie. In her free time, she enjoys reading, baking and cooking, especially experimenting with complex vegetarian spice blends, going on walks, and traveling.
