Georgia McKown, PhD, has worked in education in many roles including as a classroom teacher, instructional designer, research assistant, and education nonprofit director. She is also currently the Program Manager for Effective Data Systems and Professional Learning with the Behavior Alliance of South Carolina at Clemson University.
Primarily, her work focuses on leveraging available resources to help educators support their students. So far, this has led her to researching and developing content focused on utilizing instructional technologies and high-leverage teaching practices to help educators support diverse students like those with special educational needs and military-connected students.
