Heidi is a senior consultant at Booz Allen Hamilton, active duty Navy spouse, and Navy veteran. She is a graduate of Old Dominion University (B.S.). Heidi brings over 20 years of experience to active-duty service members and their families.
She recently completed a two-year commitment as the USS Dwight D. Eisenhower (CVN-69) Naval Ombudsman. Additionally, Heidi dedicates her time serving as a community resource and scholarship judge at the National Military Family Association and has co-hosted workshops that focused on military spouse empowerment. She is passionate about ensuring service members and their families thrive in this ever-changing military lifestyle.
Ms. Dindial’s area of focus lies in helping ensure military spouses can gain employment despite frequent moves. She advocates for military members to have access to resources when experiencing hardships or when they are eager to learn more. In her free time, she enjoys running and paddle boarding.
