Jacqueline is a seasoned project manager and devoted military spouse with a decade of experience navigating and supporting the military community through career transition, caregiving, and advocacy.
Passion areas:
With nearly 20 years of project management and operations experience across sectors including nonprofit education, finance, IT, and manufacturing, Jacqueline brings a sharp, systems-minded perspective to her work on behalf of military families. Her connection to the military community began a decade ago when she married her spouse, then serving in the U.S. Air Force. After relocating to Germany, she transitioned into a new professional chapter—working in the military transition space, including roles as a transition trainer, regional manager, and eventually project manager on a congressionally mandated pilot program supporting separated and retired service members.
When her spouse deployed, Jacqueline stepped back from her career to support their young son during a period of change and separation. In their current posting, she has continued that commitment to family while engaging deeply in her local community—volunteering at her child’s school and with the local military spouse club.
She is especially passionate about the gap between the idealized expectations of military life and the real-world challenges faced by families. From inflation and underemployment to the urgent need for inclusive support systems for neurodiverse individuals and rare medical conditions, she is driven to improve how families are supported—both structurally and personally.
As a spouse of a current U.S. Space Force service member and someone raised in a military family herself, Jacqueline understands the importance of adaptability, empathy, and advocacy in navigating this life.
At home, she shares a joyful, curiosity-filled life with her husband, their eight-year-old son, and their standard poodle, Dragon. The family’s shared love for board games (with a collection of over 200!) is matched only by their passion for exploring new skills—ranging from stained glass to pysanky. Whether supporting fellow spouses, trying something new, or advocating for systems change, Jacqueline leads with a steady hand and a heart for service.
