Jason Klapmeier

Jason Klapmeier has a long record of building, developing, and enhancing Data, Analytics, and AI teams in organizations large and small. He has a strong passion to be the link connecting MFAN’s mission and the technical subject matter experts to drive innovation and impact. In his role as Director of Data & Analytics, Jason is building a world-class data organization that enhances the capabilities and reach of MFAN.

As an expert in building and leading teams focused on the practical application of technology to deliver innovative business outcomes, Jason brings a genuine passion and enthusiasm to MFAN. He is known for his collaborative approach to solving the most complex technological problems we face. By taking a holistic approach to these challenges, Jason is relentless in the pursuit of advancing the mission of MFAN to better serve our military’s families.

Prior to joining MFAN, Jason was a data leader in several organizations. This ranged from a digital media company to an international industrial manufacturer to a Fortune 100 company where he developed a first-of-its-kind analytics measurement framework that led its global response during the 2020 pandemic.

Jason earned his Master’s in Data Science from Texas Tech University, specializing in Machine Learning and the application of ethical Artificial Intelligence. He holds a Bachelor of Science from St. Mary’s University of Minnesota. Jason lives in central Minnesota with his husband and two dogs where they enjoy exploring the many state parks and outdoor adventures.
