Jen Goodale

Jen serves as director – military spouse & family for the government relations team at the Military Officers Association of America (MOAA). This role enables her to take an active approach to making lasting improvements in legislation that will enhance the quality of life for military spouses and families. Additionally, as a member of the MOAA Spouse Programs team, she develops and coordinates a variety of programs and events for spouses who are making a career move or reentering the workforce in military communities around the world.

Jen recently returned to the National Capital Region after two years in Twentynine Palms, California, where she served as the family readiness advisor for 3rd Battalion, 7th Marines. During this time, she assisted with the development of the first annual Desert Leadership Symposium, a personal and professional development event for military spouses and volunteered with the 29 Palms Military Spouse Association.

Jen is a Marine Corps veteran and spouse of an active duty Marine. They have two daughters and two dogs.
