Joanna Guldin-Noll

Joanna is the writer and creator behind the popular military spouse website jomygosh.com and the co-author of Modern Military Spouse. Her writing has been featured in numerous national and regional print and digital publications including SpouseBuzz, Urbanite, Military Spouse, and Huffington Post. She is a co-founder of PILLAR, a 3-day virtual retreat for military spouses and significant others either experiencing or planning for a deployment, which had nearly 1,000 attendees in its first year.

 

Ms. Guldin-Noll has worked in the public, private, and nonprofit sectors as both an educator and content creator. She is currently the social media manager at Monster for Military.com.

Joanna and her Navy veteran husband own Swatara Coffee Co., an independent coffee shop with two locations near National Guard training base Fort Indiantown Gap. She holds a B.A. from Penn State University and a M.A. in Secondary English Education from Johns Hopkins University.

In her community, Joanna serves on Zion’s Evangelical Lutheran Church’s council and the board of directors for Compeer of Lebanon County, Penn State University Lutheran Council on Campus Ministry, and Friends of Old Annville.
