Joe Cardona

Joe is an American football long snapper for the New England Patriots of the National Football League. As a graduate of the U.S. Naval Academy, Cardona is also an officer in the U.S. Naval Reserve, holding the rank of Lieutenant.

Cardona was drafted in the fifth round of the 2015 NFL draft and is a two-time Super Bowl champion. As the third Navy alum drafted by the Patriots in the club’s history, Joe is called upon regularly to address organizations about his life as a Naval Reserve officer and NFL player.

In the 2018 offseason, Cardona went on a two-week training mission to South Korea with the United States Navy Reserves.

He is an active participant in his community and works regularly with local schools, businesses, and charities to have a positive impact off the field.
