Kait brings over 15 years of experience in research and data analytics across both public and private sectors. For the past 12 years, she has focused on research, advocacy, and organizational and program management, specializing in data-driven analysis of utilization, program efficacy, and process improvement.
An Active Duty veteran and currently serving as a Hospital Corpsman Master Chief Petty Officer in the Navy Reserves, Kait is also the spouse of a Naval Aviator. She is deeply committed to elevating the voices of military community members to identify actionable solutions that improve quality of life while maintaining warfighter readiness. Her efforts have contributed to meaningful policy reforms, including recent updates supporting Navy Reserve Service Members.
She holds a Bachelor of Science in Neuroscience from the College of William & Mary and a Master of Public Health in Biostatistics from the University of Oklahoma. She is a graduate of the Navy’s Senior Enlisted Academy, the Command Master Chief/Chief of the Boat Course and is a certified executive coach and military leadership development facilitator.
Kait lives in New Jersey with her husband and their three children.
