She has over 27 years of experience in business, ranging from international sales to affirmative action plans.

Laura has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resource Management from Hawaii Pacific University, a Masters in Arts in Human Resource Management from Webster University, and a Doctoral of Philosophy in Management, with a concentration in Human Resource Management from Walden University.

Laura is an Army veteran spouse, and lives in Central Texas with her husband and their two children.
