Libby Jamison

Libby Jamison serves as an Attorney Advisor with the Department of Veterans Affairs and is a co-founder of MissionLICENSE. She was recently recognized as the 2019 Military.com Spouse Changemaker of the Year and selected as a 2019 Scholar with the Stand-To Veteran Leadership Program at the George W. Bush Institute.  

She works with the Department of Veterans Affairs as counsel at the Board of Veterans’ Appeals. She is married to a Navy helicopter pilot; his career has taken them to California, Florida, Rhode Island, and Virginia.  

Libby serves as the chair of the Hiring Our Heroes San Diego Military Spouse Economic Empowerment zone through the U.S. Chamber of Commerce. She is admitted to practice in California, Washington State, and before the Supreme Court of the United States.
