Lina Irizarry-De La Cruz

As a volunteer, Lina worked with Hispanic military organizations, Family Readiness Group and provided community support to EFMP programs. She is very vocal and active in assisting families looking for educational special needs resources.

Lina’s perspective is that, in this age of technology, social media is the primary way for military families to connect and share available resources within our community.

Lina is a graduate of the University of Puerto Rico, with a degree in Nutrition and Dietetics. She completed her internship in Dietetics at a VA medical center – San Juan, PR.
