Mikayla Richardson

Mikayla Richardson brings over eight years of accounting experience, including five years in nonprofit organizations. With dual master’s degrees in Business Administration and Industrial-Organizational Psychology, she takes a human-centered approach to financial work—combining technical expertise with an understanding of how people and systems operate.

She is passionate about bringing clarity and structure to mission-driven organizations so they can focus on the impact that matters most.

Originally from Wisconsin, Mikayla now calls Wilmington, North Carolina home, where she lives with her two dogs, Maximus Moose and Mayz. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time at the beach, traveling to new places, and getting in some well-earned cuddle time with her pups.
