Paul Musselman is a Senior Managing Director at Ankura Consulting Group, LLC focused on advising Corporations and Private Equity Investors on Merger & Acquisition transitions as well driving Operational Performance Initiatives globally. Equally, Paul is a decorated twelve-year veteran of the U.S. Army Special Forces, having served in Operations “Desert Storm” and “Uphold Democracy”.

With over 25 years of experience, he has advised on over $150 billion in M&A transactions and has a proven track record of delivering substantial EBITDA improvements. His expertise extends across various sectors, including Technology, Media and Telcom, Consumer Packaged Goods, Solar, reflecting a diverse professional background. Paul is recognized for his collaborative leadership style and has received multiple industry awards, including the Intel Achievement Award. 

He has also held senior roles at prestigious firms like Intel, IBM, and Amdocs where he led significant corporate development initiatives. Beyond his corporate achievements, Paul has a military background as a decorated member of the Army Special Forces, which has shaped his strategic thinking and leadership skills. Paul is passionate about driving organizational change and value creation, making him a sought-after advisor by Private Equity and Corporations globally.

Paul graduated with a BA in History of Philosophy from the University of California, Berkeley, a Masters in Public Policy from Harvard University’s JFK School of Government, and the US Army JFK Special Warfare Center and School (18D/18C).
