Randi Cairns

Randi Cairns is a nonprofits expert, organizational and personal growth consultant, and author. She has dedicated more than 25 years to serving vulnerable populations and is passionate about connecting the civilian and military communities through outreach initiatives. She encourages people outside the military community to support military families and is known for her ability to successfully bridge the military-civilian divide.

Randi has a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Rutgers University and a master’s degree in human services with a focus on nonprofit management from Capella University. She considers the two decades she has spent as part of the military community to be one of the greatest experiences of her life.

Randi is the proud mom of four children.
