Vanessa Munoz is a military spouse of nearly 13 years and a proud mother of three. She met her husband in 2003; he served honorably in the Marines until 2015 and rejoined the military in the Army in 2018. Experiencing the unpredictability of military life firsthand, Vanessa understands how important it is for families to feel supported and know they are not alone.With over 15 years in customer service, leadership, and community engagement, Vanessa is passionate about connecting and uplifting military families. She is the creator of The Seasoned MilSo Comic Blog on WordPress, sharing humorous and heartfelt stories to help military spouses and families feel seen and understood.A volunteer in the military community and a Community Partner with The Commissary Shopper, Vanessa creates content highlighting budget-friendly meals, savings tips, and family-friendly recipes.
